99 Names of Allah - Ar-Rahim
Asalaamu Alaykum,
99 days till Ramadan!
Today we discussed the Name of Allah - Ar-Rahim - Allah is the most merciful the most kind.
We related this name to the Story of Prophet Yusuf (AS) and his brothers and how Allah showed mercy to them even after what they did you Yusuf (AS).
We also discussed how we should be merciful to children and looked at this Hadith Aisha radi Allahu anhu narrated:
A bedouin came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "You (people) kiss the boys! We don't kiss them." The Prophet said, "I cannot put mercy in your heart after Allah has taken it away from it."
Which after involved lots of hugs and kisses :) - With this topic of being kind and showing mercy I would also recommend our being kind pack on Etsy! - It covers everything form prophetic examples of kindness to how to deal with bullying and the power of our words.
Other topics covered were Allah SWT constantly showers us with his mercy and kindness through our parents and family, and how we have a loving environment at home.
